Since our new school district closes if 2 snowflakes manage to hit the ground without melting, and then for some unfathomable reason requires a 2-hour delay the next morning in order to recover from not having school open the day before, my son is due to miss the school breakfast today. I asked him if he'd like some biscuits left over from dinner the night before, warmed up with butter and honey. His reply: "MMMMMMM! Yeah! and some of those strawberry preservatives!"
